All Motorino electric bicycles are built with a light aluminum alloy frame and high quality components. The motor, integrated in the rear wheel, is a high speed brushless with steel torque converting gears. It can achieve a torque of 45NM; enough to climb 17° hills without pedal assistance while carrying a load of 170Lbs. The bikes are equipped with 36V/10AH light weight Lithium-Ion batteries that can provide an electric-only range of 30-40km and significantly more when the pedals are used in support. The electric motor is controlled either by variable speed throttle or power assist sensor when pedals are used. The maximum electric-only speed for the 26” bikes is 30km/h and 26km/h for the 20”bikes. All Motorino bicycles are equipped with a regenerative braking system.
